I’m a nurse with nearly a decade of experience working with people from every walk of life, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes you need someone who will actually listen without judging you.

My style is direct, supportive, and usually sprinkled with humor. I’m not here to give you rehearsed answers or tell you what you want to hear. I’ll listen to the whole story, ask questions, offer an honest outside perspective, and help you make sense of what’s actually happening.

I especially enjoy conversations around dating, relationships, communication, confidence, boundaries, breakups, and those situations where you’re thinking, “I genuinely have no idea what this person wants from me.”
