I’m a Transformation & Reinvention Coach for people navigating the messy space between “this isn’t the life I planned” and “okay… so what can I create from here?”

After a motorcycle crash paralyzed my right arm, I spent more than two decades navigating pain, loss, motherhood, identity shifts, relationships, and reinvention.

I coach from lived experience, not just theory.

My work blends meditation, breathwork, nervous-system awareness, spirituality, identity work, and a healthy dose of humor.

My style is compassionate, playful, curious, and direct. I’ll hold space for what hurts while lovingly calling you out when the story you’re telling yourself is keeping you stuck.

I’m not here to fix you or tell you who to become. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself, trust yourself, and discover what you want to create with the life that’s actually in front of you.
