Shauntell

I’m Dr. Shauntell Dunbar, a career growth coach, educator, entrepreneur, and experienced leader with more than 15 years of professional experience. My own career has evolved through multiple roles—from educator and instructional coach to school administrator, entrepreneur, and business owner—giving me firsthand experience with career growth, leadership transitions, and redefining success when your goals change.

I work with professionals who know they are ready for more but may be unsure of their next move. Whether you’re seeking advancement, considering a career change, building confidence as a leader, or trying to turn your skills and experience into new opportunities, I help you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to having clarity and a realistic plan.

My coaching philosophy is simple: you don’t have to have your entire future figured out—you need clarity about your next step. Together, we identify your strengths, uncover what may be holding you back, define meaningful goals, and develop actionable strategies to move you forward.

My approach is supportive, honest, practical, and action-oriented. You can expect a judgment-free space to reflect, challenge yourself, make intentional decisions, and create a career that aligns with the life you actually want—not simply the path you thought you were supposed to follow.
