I coach men who want to become more confident, self-aware, attractive, and intentional in the way they show up in dating, relationships, and life.

My approach is direct, supportive, and honest. I help men understand how they’re perceived, where they may be getting in their own way, and how to communicate with more confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence—without becoming someone they’re not.

What makes my coaching different is the perspective I bring. I’ve spent years leading teams, working in sales, navigating major personal transformation, and understanding people and relationship dynamics. I know how much can change when someone finally sees their own patterns clearly.

And sometimes, men need a woman who will actually tell them the truth.
