Ten years in employment law and senior HR roles in international tech taught me how careers and workplaces really work, from the inside. As an Erickson professional coach, I now bring that experience into solution-focused coaching for people who want real change, at work or in life.

People usually find me at a point where what used to work no longer does. The career that looked right feels too narrow, the confidence others see doesn't match what's inside, or a life built on being capable has left little room for anything else. Whatever brings you here, the work is the same: finding out what you want now, and who you are becoming.

For those open to it, sessions can also include storytelling, metaphor and other creative tools. These are especially useful if you've lived in rational, logical mode for too long and sense that thinking harder is no longer getting you anywhere.

Coaching, for me, starts from one belief: you're not broken and don't need fixing. What helps is space to think clearly, honest questions, and a partner who stays with you until the answer is truly yours.
