I’m a career and leadership coach with 10+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve helped people navigate career transitions, build confidence, find alignment, and make intentional decisions about what comes next.

My coaching approach is practical, thoughtful, and deeply human. I don’t believe you need to have your entire life figured out before you make a change. Sometimes you simply need space to slow down, get honest about what you want, and turn that clarity into action.

I especially enjoy working with women and professionals who are navigating a transition, whether that means pursuing a new role, stepping into leadership, recovering from burnout, questioning the path they’re on, or redefining what success means to them.

You can expect me to ask thoughtful questions, challenge you when it’s helpful, and help you turn big ideas into realistic next steps. I’ll bring both the strategic perspective of an HR leader and the empathy of someone who understands what it feels like to build a career while navigating real life.
