Over nearly 20 years, I’ve learned something that has shaped how I approach both work and life: most problems are people problems.

Technical expertise matters. Preparation matters. But knowing how to walk into a room, read it, connect authentically, communicate with confidence, and make other people comfortable can change the trajectory of a conversation—and sometimes a career.

I help people develop that skill without asking them to become someone they’re not.

My approach is centered on building natural confidence around who you already are. We can practice the moments that tend to create the most anxiety: walking into a room where you don’t know anyone, starting a conversation, warming up a new introduction over text, preparing for a first date, navigating a difficult interpersonal situation, or sitting across from an executive during an important interview.
