Kirssis

Hi, I’m a professional coach with experience helping people build the confidence and clarity to navigate meaningful change. That experience has given me a practical understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face as they grow into their next chapter. I believe in honest, thoughtful conversations that help you get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and what may be getting in the way. My approach combines professional coaching, leadership development, and practical career strategy. I bring a style that is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you turn insight into action.

Confidence is not something I hand you. It is something we build through greater self-awareness, intentional practice, and a plan that feels realistic for you.

What to expect when we work together

Our sessions are structured, but never rigid. We will clarify what matters most to you, explore the patterns or challenges influencing your decisions, and identify practical next steps you can take. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on career transitions, leadership development, communication, confidence, professional growth, or identifying what comes next after a significant change.

You can expect thoughtful questions, candid feedback, and practical strategies designed to help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.

If you are ready to get clear on your next step and create a path forward that feels aligned with your goals, I would love to work with you.
