I am a young, ambitious woman who has built my career around my passion for the automotive and motorsports industry. I have always been drawn to fast-paced environments, challenging myself, learning new skills, and proving that hard work and dedication can take you anywhere.

One of the most exciting experiences in my career was working in NASCAR as a tire changer. Working in such a high-pressure environment taught me the importance of teamwork, communication, focus, and being able to perform under pressure. NASCAR also gave me the opportunity to meet and work around many different people, including drivers, crew members, industry professionals, and other well-known personalities. I have had the chance to meet and speak with some really cool and famous people through my experiences, which has given me memories and connections that I will always appreciate.

Being a woman in the automotive and motorsports industry has also been a huge part of my journey. The automotive industry has traditionally been male-dominated, but I have never allowed that to stop me from pursuing what I love. Instead, it has motivated me to work harder, continue learning, and show what I am capable of. I take a lot of pride in being a young woman who has successfully built experience in an industry where women are still underrepresented.

My education has allowed me to develop skills from two very different but valuable areas. I majored in Psychology, which has helped me better understand people, communication, behavior, and relationships. I also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Automotive and High Performance, giving me a strong technical foundation and deeper knowledge of the automotive and performance industry.

Having both a background in psychology and automotive performance gives me a unique perspective. I understand that success in this industry isn’t only about knowing how a vehicle works—it’s also about understanding the people you work with, communicating effectively, building relationships, and being able to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.

My experiences have introduced me to people from many different backgrounds and have allowed me to build confidence, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. I am proud of how far I have come, but I am even more excited about where my career can take me next. I want to continue growing, learning, meeting new people, and making my mark in the automotive and motorsports world. I’d love to hear your stories :)
