I'm a professionally trained coach through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), with 30 years of experience in Human Resources and a passion for helping people navigate meaningful transitions in both their professional and personal lives.

I work with clients who are navigating career changes, job searches, relationships, major life transitions, and rebuilding their confidence after difficult or emotionally unhealthy relationships. I have a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced narcissistic abuse as I have experienced this myself and understand the challenging dynamics.

My coaching style is supportive, encouraging and honest. I'll be in your corner without judgement, but I won't just tell you want you want to hear. I'll ask the questions, offer candid feedback, and help you get clear on what you really want and how to move forward. Let's do this together!
