I’m Jodie, aka Jypsey, and my coaching focuses on helping people build confidence, find clarity and move forward when life or work feels uncertain.

I bring nearly 30 years of experience in travel, hospitality and business ownership, including managing complex travel for high-profile clients and teaching students at a travel academy. These roles have taught me how to listen, solve problems, guide people through unfamiliar situations and turn big challenges into manageable steps.

Having relocated internationally, built a business and navigated unexpected life changes, I understand how challenging it can be to start again or choose a new direction.

My coaching approach is warm, honest and practical. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, recognise your strengths and identify realistic steps towards your goals. You can expect thoughtful questions, encouragement, accountability and space to work things through without judgment.
