My coaching style is warm, practical, honest, and conversational with a healthy dose of humor. I don’t believe coaching should feel like being lectured by someone who thinks they have your whole life figured out. You already bring your own experiences, values, wisdom, and instincts to the table. Sometimes you just need a safe place to unpack them and someone who knows how to ask the right questions.
