I'm a wife, mother, and entrepreneur who believes life doesn't have to happen to you — it can be built by you, one intentional step at a time.

For over 16 years, I've been married to my best friend, and together we've navigated the unique rhythms of military family life and life as a first responder wife — the deployments, the unpredictable schedules, the long stretches of holding things down solo, and the resilience it takes to keep a family strong through it all.

My own path to motherhood wasn't easy. I spent seven years walking through infertility, including pregnancy loss, before eventually experiencing a traumatic birth. Those years taught me more about patience, advocacy, and emotional endurance than any textbook ever could — and they're a core part of why I coach the way I do today: with deep empathy, zero judgment, and total belief that hard seasons can become your greatest source of strength.

Professionally, I built a successful career without a college degree, proving that credentials aren't what create opportunity — strategy, mastering the right conversations, and consistent, intentional action are. I've applied that same "life by design" mindset to build my own businesses from the ground up, and now I help others do the same: mapping out clear steps, having the conversations that move the needle, and designing a life that actually fits who they are.
