With more than three decades of entrepreneurial, executive, and leadership experience, Jennifer Holt has built her career around one principle: helping businesses—and the people behind them—reach their full potential.

Her leadership career began in a demanding corporate environment, where she became the only woman serving as a managing partner among 42 male executives. That experience helped shape the confidence, resilience, and practical leadership philosophy that ultimately led her to entrepreneurship.

In 1993, Jennifer founded Duplicating USA, building the company alongside her brother into a highly successful operation generating approximately $1 million in monthly sales. She later launched WarRoom Document Solutions in Boston and Tampa, serving the complex document-management needs of the legal industry. After closing the Tampa location in 2008, she continued consulting with companies in the legal document-management space.

Jennifer's entrepreneurial interests have never been limited to one industry. An avid supporter of the arts, she founded ArtOn Central in 2010 and curated large-scale live art events throughout St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2021, she brought her decades of business experience into digital marketing, working as a Brand Director and helping businesses strengthen their positioning, messaging, and connection with their audiences.

Today, Jennifer draws upon more than 30 years of experience to help business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigate growth and determine what comes next. Her expertise includes business infrastructure, operations, leadership, branding, strategic thinking, professional development, and career growth.
