What makes me a good online coach is my background as an air traffic controller, where I made split-second decisions under real pressure and learned that hesitation costs more than mistakes. That confidence carries into my relationships — I don’t second-guess myself, so I don’t waste time feeling hesitant, and I always portray confidence in front of my husband, my kids, or my friends. I don’t take it personally when people don’t behave the way I’d prefer — in other words, I let things roll off. It’s a stress-free way to move through life, and it’s exactly the mindset I bring to coaching women who want to ask questions without judgment. I particularly enjoy giving parenting advice as someone who has almost made it out of the trenches and raised 3 wonderful kids (with some hiccups along the way of course)!
