I’m a consultant, entrepreneur, and mother with more than 15 years of experience helping people and organizations navigate change.

My career has taken me across entrepreneurship, healthcare, government, operations, and consulting, and I’ve learned that the best path forward isn’t always the most conventional one. Sometimes you need someone who can help you step back, look at what’s actually happening, and identify the choices available to you.

That’s the approach I bring to coaching.

In career conversations, I help people recognize the value of the experience they already have, think strategically about what comes next, and position themselves for opportunities that align with their skills, priorities, and goals.

As a parent, I bring that same curiosity to conversations about raising children. Rather than prescribing one “right” way to parent, I help parents think through the child in front of them, the environment around them, and the kind of relationship they want to build as their child grows.
