I’ve spent most of my career in hospitality, which means I’ve spent most of my career learning about people.
I started behind the bar, where I quickly learned that bartending is about a lot more than making a great drink. You become part bartender, part sounding board, part problem solver, and occasionally the person who has to gently say, “Okay… but have you thought about this another way?”
Eventually, I worked my way into leadership and became a General Manager. Instead of listening to guests across the bar, I found myself sitting across from employees navigating careers, relationships, family situations, workplace conflicts, confidence issues, major life decisions, and the everyday challenge of trying to keep it all together.
And somewhere along the way, I realized that listening to people, understanding what they’re really saying, and helping them find a way forward is something I genuinely love.
My coaching style isn’t about motivational clichés or pretending there’s a perfect five-step solution to every problem. Life is messier than that. I’m here to listen, ask good questions, offer a different perspective, and give you honest, practical advice that you can actually use.
I believe you can be compassionate without sugarcoating things. You can support someone while still challenging them. And sometimes the most helpful conversation is with someone who isn’t emotionally involved in the situation and can simply say, “Okay, here’s what I’m hearing.”
Whether you’re navigating your career, dealing with workplace dynamics, struggling with confidence, facing a difficult decision, working through a relationship or simply wondering what the hell you’re doing with your life, I’m happy to meet you there.
You bring the situation. I’ll bring an open mind, a listening ear, a little humor, and the kind of real-world perspective that comes from spending years working with people from every walk of life.
No judgment. No canned answers. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and how we can start getting you there.
