I’m a Chicago-born Gen X’er with 27 years of marriage, three adult children, a background in law enforcement, and an academic foundation in psychology. As a radio host and podcaster, I’ve built my work around one of my greatest strengths: connecting with people and creating meaningful conversations.

My approach to life, love, and relationships is open-minded, thoughtful, and nontraditional. I believe in balancing empathy with accountability, embracing vulnerability, treating others with respect, and taking responsibility for our own happiness.

I’m passionate about helping people gain perspective, build confidence, navigate relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-awareness. Whether discussing love, grief, personal growth, or the complexities of modern relationships, my goal is to offer honest, compassionate, and practical insight.
