Hi! Im the person everyone in my life comes to for answers, and I often find myself juggling everyone else's personal needs. Im excited to turn that into something i can do to help other others!

I have personal experience with narcissistic and emotional abuse, as well as leaving a domestic violence realtionship. I have been through trauma in my childhood as well as my adult life that has given me a lot to learn from. I have since moved on to rebuild my life, own my own business, find myself, and the peace that comes with it. I would love to help coach others into finding that same sense of calm in their lives too.

Im a single mom now, with 4 children. I have 3 older boys and one little girl. My older boys tell me I should've been a therapist, and are constantly sitting at the edge of my bed most nights seeking advice and engaging me in conversation late into the night. It brings me so much joy to watch them grow through things and become the best versions of themselves. Meanwhile, my little girl keeps me up to date on the latest fashion and makeup trends, and I look forward to helping shape her into a confidant, bold young lady. We enjoy baking on the weekends, and i have learned so much over the years about the science of it baking, so let me know if you need any tips! I have a few tricks up my sleeve.
