As a widowed mom with three kids since 2011, I am uniquely suited to support your efforts to accomplish things that feel impossible at the onset. I have a wide toolbox for grief, trauma, healing, and self actualization in a world that doesn’t offer you an easy fit.

I have studied women’s history and black and indigenous history, and I believe I have value for all demographics, but I am a white American female, and my experiential wisdom is strongest for women and the LGBTQ community.
