With over 20 years of experience in education, I've spent much of my professional life supporting, encouraging, advocating for, and guiding others. But some of my greatest lessons haven't come from a classroom or textbook. They've come from life itself.

I grew up in poverty, experienced childhood abuse and trauma, navigated divorce, lost both of my parents, endured significant grief, and experienced the unique heartbreak of child estrangement. I've faced circumstances that have challenged me emotionally, mentally, and personally, and I've learned that healing is rarely a straight line.

Through grit, resilience, self-reflection, and a whole lot of therapy (seriously, therapy deserves some credit!), I've worked hard to grow beyond the circumstances that shaped me without pretending those experiences never happened.

My personal journey has given me a tremendous capacity for empathy. I understand that life is complicated, relationships are messy, grief doesn't follow a timeline, and sometimes simply getting out of bed or taking a shower is an accomplishment.

My coaching philosophy is simple: Meet people where they are, listen without judgment, and offer honest, compassionate guidance.

Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, divorce, family conflict, estrangement, grief, major life changes, or simply need to vent to someone outside your immediate circle, I offer a supportive space where you can be completely human.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You don't even have to know what you need. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, ask the right questions, offer a different perspective, or remind us that we still have choices.

I don't claim to have all the answers, and I certainly haven't lived a perfect life. What I do bring is genuine empathy, lived experience, a sense of humor, and a sincere passion for helping others.
