I'm a down-to-earth, compassionate person who believes that real life rarely comes with simple answers. I've spent years navigating relationships, family dynamics, parenting, friendships, dating, difficult conversations, major life changes, and all the complicated emotions that come with them. I've learned that sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do—it's being able to step outside of the situation long enough to see it clearly.

My approach is conversational, honest, and practical. I won't pretend to have all the answers, and I won't tell you what you want to hear just to make you feel better. I'll listen to what you're actually saying, ask questions that help uncover what's really going on, and offer an outside perspective you can consider.
