I’m a straight-talking, practical coach offering an honest female perspective on style, dating, relationships and communication.

I’ve spent 25 years working in fashion as a buyer and senior commercial leader, and now run my own consultancy working with international manufacturers selling into European retailers. I’m well travelled, commercially minded and have spent my career understanding people, presentation, style and what makes something, or someone, stand out.

I can help with everything from refining your wardrobe and personal style to texting and messaging, dating, talking to women, relationship dilemmas and understanding how you might be coming across.

I also have a strong eye for interiors, design and aesthetics, so I’m equally happy helping you improve your home, wardrobe or overall personal presentation.

Men have always found me easy to talk to because I’m open, non-judgemental and direct. I won’t tell you what you want to hear or overcomplicate things. I’ll give you an honest female perspective, practical advice and clear suggestions you can actually use.

I’m in my 40s, a mum of two teenagers, a business owner and someone with plenty of real-life experience of careers, relationships, family life and everything in between.
