I’m Carolina Marín, a transformational and leadership coach, speaker, and educator. I help people strengthen their confidence, improve their self-image, navigate personal and career changes, and turn meaningful goals into consistent action.

I hold a master’s degree in Education, have been a certified John Maxwell Team Coach since 2017, and have training in DISC and Emotional Intelligence assessments. My background spans coaching, leadership development, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and education. Originally from Spain and now based in Florida, I bring a multicultural perspective and offer coaching in English and Spanish.

My approach centers on The Art of Reinvention—Heal. Grow. Thrive. To me, reinvention means understanding where you are, recognizing what no longer serves you, and intentionally choosing your next chapter. Together, we explore the beliefs, habits, and self-perceptions influencing your choices, identify your strengths, and build a direction that reflects your values.

Confidence and self-image are central to this work. Whether you’re questioning your abilities, navigating a transition, or ready to become more visible, I help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and practice showing up with greater confidence. We can work on how you communicate, present yourself, recognize your value, and approach personal or professional opportunities.

I also bring experience using social media to communicate my work and build my professional presence. I can help you clarify what you want your online presence to convey, express yourself authentically, and create a manageable plan for showing up consistently.

Our sessions combine reflection with practical structure. We’ll clarify your goals, break them into realistic steps, put time on your calendar, and create routines that support follow-through. We’ll review progress, address obstacles, and adjust the plan to fit your life.
