Hi, I'm Tracey , founder of Ageless Connect Coach.

I help men date with confidence at any age. My clients are older men stepping back into the dating world and younger men who are drawn to older women. Whichever side of the age gap you're on, I believe age isn't an obstacle. With the right mindset and approach, it can be your biggest advantage.

My background is in understanding people. I hold a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I spent 25 years as a biofeedback and stress management counselor. I helped clients manage anxiety, build self-awareness, and stay calm under pressure, which are the same skills that make or break a first date. I also worked on care teams alongside doctors, psychologists, and therapists to build individualized plans for each person. I bring that same personalized approach to coaching. There's no one-size-fits-all script here.

I've been an entrepreneur for over 30 years and have built and sold my own businesses, so I understand what it takes to put yourself out there and take a risk. I'm also a State of Colorado credentialed instructor who has trained more than 300 students. I know how to teach skills in a way that sticks.

As a woman coaching men, I offer something most dating coaches can't: an honest look at how women actually see you. That means what impresses us, what we notice first, and what quietly turns us off.
